eCONSULT has changed
Hello, as of 29th May 2023 eConsult is no longer being used by us. Instead, we have a new online consultation request called Klinik. The link to this new version of online consultation will be shown on the Home page and Contact Us page. We felt the time was right to consider an upgrade and we looked at various options before deciding on Klinik. It is an interactive user-friendly online consultation tool that enables you to tell us what the problem is and what you want to see happen. We will assess your submission and make appropriate decisions as to whether we need to see you personally or if we can deal with it on the telephone or indeed by video link. If you used eConsult before then this is a very similar process. Please do let us know what you think of it.

The pandemic is not over. GP practices are open and have been throughout, however to protect everyone, they must maintain safe infection control and minimise necessary physical contact. Since lockdown restrictions eased we have been experiencing unprecedented demand on our services.
Please see this leaflet for details on why is your GP still working differently.
