NATIONAL GP SURVEY 2026

We will work on the feedback received and address issues that patients found were important to them.  We cannot promise to resolve every aspect of the feedback immediately but will strive to continue to work towards improving where we are seen to be weakest by the public (our patients)  We will identify areas to improve such as getting through to the surgery by telephone.  We are intrigued by the web access low score as the website meets all accessibility criteria and is easy to find and search.  If you have any comments we would appreciate it.  Our email address is frimleyicb.wellington.practice@nhs.net.  Put in the email subject header Website feedback for the Practice Manager.
