Talk Plus
Talk Plus is a non-urgent primary care services providing support to people with common mental health problems in North East Hampshire and Farnham, including timely treatment for perinatal and military veteran referrals.
They offer treatments for stress, anxiety (PDF), low mood, depression (PDF), panic (PDF), phobias (PDF), OCD (PDF).
TalkPlus helps people by giving them the tools to cope with the stressors of day to day life.
Our friendly service provides free NHS therapy for people aged 16 and above registered to surgeries in Farnborough, Farnham, Fleet, Aldershot, Church Crookham, Blackwater and Yateley.

Out of Hours
For adults with (or developing) mental health problems in the North East Hampshire, Farnham and Surrey Heath areas, there are two options for out of hours support:
- The Oasis– Cove, Farnborough
- Safe Haven Café– Aldershot
Both offer a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment, promoting independence, opportunity and recovery in the community.
These can be used as evening and weekend alternatives to visiting A&E.
