Mental Health Crisis Support for Young People

No Limits is an independent charity providing a unique combination of prevention, early intervention and crisis support to young people, based on a nationally evidenced model. We provide information, advice, counselling and support through a range of services available ‘under one roof’.

They have launched a new service called Safe Havens.

The aim of Safe Havens is to provide young people of North East Hampshire & Farnham covering areas including Farnborough, Aldershot & Fleet to name but a few, access to out of hours emotional and practical support with their mental health, providing them with the tools and techniques to enable them to be as safe as possible and to make positive changes.
