24/9/26 – PRACTICE CLOSURE FOR AFTERNOON TRAINING

Please note that the Practice will be closed on Thursday 24/9/26 from 12noon for essential / mandatory staff training.  This supports our ongoing investment into safe patient care.  We apologise for the inconvenience.  Please call NHS 111 if it cannot wait until tomorrow.  Alternatively complete a Klinik online form https://access.klinik.co.uk/contact/wellington-practice as this is still open for you to access whilst we are closed.  If you think it is an emergency, then attend A&E and you will be triaged on entry to see if it is suitable for the urgent treatment centre next door to A&E instead. We re-open as normal tomorrow at 8am
